Cell 2 most likely could be used to establish a connection to the Internet with since they don't have wep enabled and you have the ESSID. Someone did not configure their linksys access point. Cell 1 appears to have security enabled. But again, if you are using ndiswrappers this probably won't work. -- Scot L.
