I have not been able to burn a CD on FC3 as a user. I have even tried giving "chmod 7777 /usr/bin/cdrecord". This did not work either. Do you any of you know what is wrong? Have any of you been able to burn any CD's.

Well i solved this problem. The solution i used can be found here. Since this requires a kernel recompile, it is not an elegant solution, but it works for me.
