I do not remember, not with the CAPI driver almost for sure.In the
system-network-config, the card is shown as AVM PCI (Fritz!PCI)
During the start up I see the Failure red mark during loading of the
ADSL system (that was working on FC2):

My mistake,I apologize, it has to be read as ISDN system (I refer to the
initial information during Fedora start-up, when I get to the ISDN line,
rhgb procedure reverts to standard lines as this error is found.)
The card is recognized as from the output of sbin/lspci

From the kernel start-up log I see:

So the hisax module was loaded and the ISDN card initialized.
I do not see any ISDN module??? what does it mean and how to solve it???
Did you configure the device using system-config-network?
No, not in Fc3, It was un upgrade from FC2, so it was configured in FC2,
but automatically, I added only data for ppp connection (telephone
number, user is password)
