can you do 'cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies'

should i erase the fist entry?
I don't know how this can be done - you can give it a try :)
what is this? i had "-i 2" and changed to "1"
/usr/sbin/cpuspeed --help
Ideally I'd like an option for cpuspeed to ingonre certain frequencies (esp all the intermediate ones). I'd rather it just jumps between the lowest (save power) & highest (max-performance)
