That sentence is wrong. The key is

ln -s /usr/src/linux-<kernel-version> /lib/modules/VERSION/build

and the sentence "so needed header files are present".

The first step (the link) is not needed with FC3 as the kernel headers
are under "build". The other sentence is fulfilled by the same.

I did test with 0.11 stable version. Will do test now with the
development version too.
