Developer time is generally better spent fixing bugs than going through and re-categorizing them. Of course that isn't meant to discourage someone for going to a bug and saying "Hey, I see this in FC3, too". Then it is up to the maintainer if the bug should stay where it is (devel) or move to FC3. -- William Hooper
