I suppose it's not enough information for anybody to give an answer. You should tell us what error message you expect to be shown and some details of your apache configuration.
Having said that I suppose it's not a fedora problem but a problem with your http configuration.
Take a look in your php.ini file and especially the values for error_reporting and display_errors.
Possibly one of those suppresses the error messages
