Right,

here is mine, works perfect:

default=0
timeout=10
splashimage=(hd0,0)/grub/splash.xpm.gz

title Fedora
(same like yours)

title Windows
	map (hd0,0) (hd1,0)
	map (hd1,0) (hd0,0)
	rootnoverify (hd1,0)
	chainloader +1

I have two hd´s. The first is for linux and the second for Windows.
