I'm using glbf to bootstrap and in its floppy image there is a file 'kernel.opt' which contains: --initrd=/sysroot/isolinux/initrd.img /sysroot/isolinux/vmlinuz which apart from the last entry (which is the kernel to load) are the kernel options.
