High requirements?  I have the P4 /2.4 sitting there on a shelf and
want a motherboard to plot it into.  I guess wanting PCI-X is a bit
unstandard, but since the 3Ware card supports it I thought it a good
idea to use that bandwidth.  FInding a P4 board with PCI-X has been a
challange though.
