You have both user and owner here.  On mine I have simply

/dev/cdrom              /mnt/cdrom    udf,iso9660 noauto,users,kudzu,ro
0 0
 
It will easily mount/unmount whenever I (as a regualr user) want it to.

Kudzu is not needed here, but is also not a problem for me.
