RE: two squid listeners using one configuration?

I'll have to speak to management, but I think that they don't want these users to even get a prompt to authenticate (which I'm guessing would be the case if they only had permission to go to foo.com and they tried to go to bar.com). This may be a moot point due to other issues, but I really think I'll need a second, non-authenticating listener.

It's all a matter of ACLs. You shouldn't need another squid.
