I M COFUSED AS USUSLA. What is a /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 file donig in FC2 which uses xorg?
Well he probably referred to /etc/X11/XF86Config. When you do an upgrade from FC1->FC2, xorg uses /etc/X11/XF86Config instead of using /etc/X11/xorg.conf which would be in a clean install case.
Yes, that's right. I upgraded from FC1. Also, I use the ATI binary drivers, which build their own version of the X config script on installation (using that name). Actually, I'm a little surprised that the FC2 upgrade scripts don't rename the X config file. I never really thought about it before.
