Look in /var/log/messages and see what device model name reported. Then
you can try to add match entry to /etc/updfstab.conf.default to mount

So here is what I believe to be the portion of the log that shows the detection of the Iomega drive.

How and where do I "add match entry" to /etc/updfstab.conf.default ?

try mounting the device manually first, to make sure it is OK. As you can tell from above, it's been installed at /dev/sda, so mount /dev/sda1.
