Why don't you verify the partitioning with fdisk -l /dev/hda fdisk -l /dev/hdb to be sure about what you have?
Also you might take a look at /etc/fstab under linux to see what is getting mounted where.
cat /etc/fstab
If you didn't overwrite the ntfs drive, and you configured in the NTFS filesystem when you
installed FC2, you might be able to mount the ntfs drive RO under linux and save it somewhere
on the network.
