I do wonder how Hooters manages to evade these laws. Probably just a matter of time, though.
Same way strip clubs, anyone working in vegas, porn stars, etc.. its described fairly clearly in their job description..
but if you pinch a hooters girl behind while she's bending over to take your order.. and fail to tip her (that sounds like prostitution).. you run a good chance of getting hit with assault charges.
