cracking winmodem issues pt 2: error messages - ?solution?

Since I am too much of a newbie to understand the error messages I thought I would paste the output when I type "make". The problem is that I can't copy and paste and send by e-mail because the problem prevents my modem from working.
 
Here is a brief summary, starting from the beginning
