rpm php with mhash support

Hi,

I hope this isn't too off topic for this list. I am trying to install 
php with mhash support from the rpm source file. However,

"rpmbuild -ba --define 'with-mhash 1'  php.spec"

Fails with the following error:

RPM build errors:
    Could not open %files file 
/home/wolstena/rpm/BUILD/php-4.3.6/files.mhash: No such file or 
directory


What the heck am I doing wrong?

mhash-0.9.1-0.fdr.1.1.92
mhash-devel-0.9.1-0.fdr.1.1.92
