Could you show us your grub.conf file? (/boot/grub/grub.conf) (perhaps symlink from /etc/grub.conf)
I haven't dual booted a linux box in a long time, but I think it'll help others on the list who might know.

and the WindowXP doesn�t start. The devices of my computer are:
hda1(Fedora) hda2(Fedora) hda3(Fedora) hdb1(windowsXP)
