Again, the writer is /dev/hdg, which is the master drive on the 4th IDE port. It works with growisofs.



Mine was getting the same error until I edited the /etc/cdrecord.conf file.

cdrecord -scanbus   finds:

I edited my cdrecord.conf file and now it contains:

# cdrecord -v windows.iso
