I've run MythTV on FC1 and FC2 with a ATI 9200 video card, and Haupague
pvr250 TV tuner.  The Haupague cards are supported very well under
Fedora.

If your looking to make a PVR exclusive machine, check out knoppmyth. 
It's probably the simplest way to get a PVR up and running.
