I have the above video capture card.
It works fine with the w98/XP drivers.
I can detect it under Fedora:

I have tried installing the ivtv module and mythtv.
I just seem to be going in circles.

I also have latest 2.6.7-bk17 kernel
I tried the ivtv patch-2.6.7-mjb1 which crashed the compile.
I also burned and booted
KnoppMythR4V4.1.iso - card not detected.
Also Knoppix 3.5 - same
I have a nasty feeling that the iTVC16 )CX23416) chip is not supporetd.
