if your cyradm is not loaded or does not load, check whether you have installed at least the following packages with rpm -q: cyrus-imapd-2.2.3-11 cyrus-imapd-utils-2.2.3-11 perl-Cyrus-2.2.3-11 ...if you do not have installed the package perl-Cyrus-2.2.3-11, you will not have cyradm on your system.
