No, there is none, because there's no stable release of kdebluetooth
yet. You can get kdebluetooth via cvs or as a regularly updated but not
tested tarball from http://www.stud.uni-karlsruhe.de/~uddw/kdebluetooth/

Their SuSE (s)rpms will most likely not work for fedora, but you should
have a look at the specfile
(http://sra.itc.it/people/merzi/kdebluetooth.spec) if you want to make a
fedora rpm.

At the moment having problems both with the tarball and the cvs files,
as you can see on the kdebluetooth-mailing list. :-(
