I found some called "teacup" that runs as a cgi and used Postgres but I wanted to see if I could find something that was PHP/MySQL based. Any ideas out there? > thanks, > DF We use Helpdesk from OneOrZero. http://helpdesk.oneorzero.com/ It is pretty simple. I had to do a little modifying to do what we wanted it to do, but it is fairly straigt forward and easy to use. It is PHP/MySql based.
