Hi everyone. I wonder if anyone know whats the best
traffic control program, and if someone know any good script that will work with
it doing the following.
1 - I want to be able to control the amount of
bandwidth that only one or maybe two users use.
1 - I want to control up and down bandwidth for an
ADSL link.
Well, thats all. if u could help me i would
