Can anyone tell me *EXACT* steps to follow :
i have done all makes, got kernel image, moved it to /boot
then there is a problem with initrd img file
tried /sbin/makeinitrd 2.6.3 and moved that .img file to /bbot and added entry to grub.
but not working
i want exact steps ... possibly after getting the kernel running to have sound etc.
i know how to use nvidia dricvers.
