LX-Viewer.  http://sourceforge.net/projects/lx-viewer/

Caution: it depends upon a not-exactly-open-source library (OpenDWG).  So 
don't expect it to show up in Fedora Core. :-)  

But it works, works well, and opens, converts, and prints several versions of 
DWG and DXF.  LX-Viewer can convert virtually any DWG to DXF, and can open 
and view files that OOo Draw won't touch.
