Gavin, I must confess that I do know both just by name (WebGUI runs with Perl, Mamboserver runs with PHP, Zope is Python based). I know that Zope has - for an open source CMS - a big and active community. Here in Germany dzug.org organizes a yearly Zope sprint for the whole German speaking area with participation of well known Zope folks. Whatever system is chosen, it seems to be necessary to have one for future growth. fedoranews.org can become a central informative place for all Fedora people with a lot of howtos, reviews, news and rumors. But that maybe is better discussed inside the circle of those who fill that site already with life.
