kernel-2.4.22-1.2149.nptl.src.rpm is as other src.rpm packages a package
containing a spec file and sources/patches, in this case to build rpms
for different architectures.

kernel-source-2.4.22-1.2149.nptl.i386.rpm is the kernel source rpm
containing the kernel source tree and the .config file used by the
developers to build the ready kernel rpm.
