If you're going to be compiling kernel modules (like an NVIDIA driver or VMware), you'll need kernel-source-2.4.22-1.2149.nptl.i386.rpm and gcc32. If not, all you need is the appropriate "kernel-2.4.22-1.2149.nptl.*.rpm".
