That's definitely the ATrpms version of Yum.  I see it includes a yum cron
job, so you might want to check there.

For future reference, I know Axel Thimm (get it, ATrpms?) answers a number
of questions on the FreshRPMs list (it's sort of the "unofficial" list of
the libraries ATrpms puts in the config).
