If they are unsure of fedora why in heck would they be sure of rhel knock offs? Or debian or gentoo? Lets face it, if your stuff is important enough for you to worry about then it is probably worth it to go with a commercial distro. Also why couldnt you submit these patches if you are so concerned? or donate money to someone who can do it for you?
