To remove an rpm, specify the package name (as reported by rpm -q), not
the file name.  ie
rpm -e gnucash-1.8.7-1

> [root@localhost RPMS]# rpm -ivh gnucash-1.8.7-1.i386.rpm
> warning: gnucash-1.8.7-1.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 4f2a6fd2

which is why you're getting this message.

I've never used it before, but try opening a terminal and typing gnucash
(if you haven't already :)  Alternatively, type 'gnu<tab><tab><tab>' to
see all commands starting with gnu.
