Yeah what I was doing wrong earlier was 'yum update' which didn't work. I had to manually 'yum install xfce-foo' each package, grrr.
I think It's also missing a few packages. My old ~/.xfce tries
to load things no longer there like aqua window border theme.
Those were the packages in the release.
