Look at firestarter (http://firestarter.sourceforge.net/).  I've always
found it to be a nifty, quick, easy iptables (and previously ipchains)
frontend.  It has a very easy setup wizard that guides you through
building a firewall, as well as providing NAT for an internal network of
machines.
