I noticed it too and am not sure why it has been > updated. perl-DateManip as included with Fedora Core 1 and Red Hat Linux <= 9 prints screens full of UTF-8 related warnings which basically makes it useless. Apart from that, its src.rpm might fail to rebuild. --
