I run an ISP. I help people with their PCs all the time. I think weather or not they have Linux or Windows, they would still call me to help set up dialup networking and/or email.

I am not going to say they are idiots... I am saying they dont nessecarily work on PCs all day like I do.

Same here....the best help i can give most Internet/word-processing
Windows users is to get rid of Windows.
