For people that receive tons of email and have mail box quota this can cause their box to fill prematurely. And people with slow dial-up connections have to tolerate longer download times. 4) Some of the mail readers that do comprehend HTML render the message in illegibly small fonts. 5) Many of the people who can help you with your problems filter out HTML formatted email. You'll reduce the number of potential people who can help you out of a jam. That is just a few of the problems. Barry
