I didn't start there.  I went to <http://fedoraproject.org/>, clicked on
a Get Fedora link to <http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora>, and
managed to miss it.  ;-\  Probably, I was looking for a GPG link.  I
can't remember, now.  

Although it's not hidden, "prominent" isn't quite the description for
it.  Not compared to some rather large links on the page.
