Is there something obvious from the get Fedora page that leads to this
information?  Because I couldn't find it.

I seem to recall that there was some easy to find link for getting the
public GPG key for doing such thing, but I can't find it any more.

I struck the same problem getting Ubuntu for a friend last night.  I
couldn't find out how to get their public key to verify the sig file in
the download directory, to verify the sha1sum file, to verify the ISO...
