Every time I print more than 12-15 pages I receive this: messages:Jan 13 13:24:31 tie-fighter hp[6606]: io/hpmud/musb.c 1420: unable to write data hp:/usb/hp_LaserJet_1012?serial=00CNFB321246: 45 second io timeout and the whole usb system locks. It worked fine until this last update: Jan 12 10:24:04 Updated: psmisc-22.13-6.fc14.x86_64 Jan 12 10:24:12 Updated: mercurial-1.7.3-1.fc14.x86_64 Jan 12 10:24:14 Updated: hplip-common-3.10.9-9.fc14.x86_64 Jan 12 10:24:17 Updated: hplip-libs-3.10.9-9.fc14.x86_64 Jan 12 10:24:18 Updated: libsane-hpaio-3.10.9-9.fc14.x86_64 Jan 12 10:24:23 Updated: 1:hpijs-3.10.9-9.fc14.x86_64 Jan 12 10:24:27 Updated: hplip-3.10.9-9.fc14.x86_64 Jan 12 10:24:33 Updated: koji-1.6.0-1.fc14.noarch Google has shown related problems with the uri using hp:// (hplip) instead of usb:// within cups. I have further tracked it to be a problem with the latest kernel 2.6.35.10-74.fc14.x86_64 in combination with the update, as using the previous kernel allows everything to work fine again.
