Understand your opinion.  I can find colo(u)r laser printers here and 
yes they are expensive.  However, I do not do much printing and don't 
feel like buying a new printer every couple of months which would 
eliminate the savings of buying a color inkjet.

I do want a printer that works well with Windows, MacOSX AND Linux (I 
use all three.)  That means elimination of the WinPrinters that look 
less expensive but don't work with all three.
