Not really. Fedora isn't obligated to keep the sources posted after binaries
have been removed typically doesn't. The distributor of the VM is still on the
hook for providing sources. In practice, if you don't include updates in the
VM and remove it at end of life of the release it uses, you'll be OK. If you
use updates, you really want a copy of those yourself to make sure they stay
available.
