You cannot do that, since yum searches the remote repo for what is available vs. what you already have. You have the 32 bit version, and it sees that the 64 bit version is available on rpmfusion, and since you do not have the 64 bit version, it tells you it is available. You could also disable the rpmfusion repo There might be a way to exclude this package in the rpmfusion repo files in /etc/yum.repos.d I am not sure if that is possible.
