Well, I'd never reply just to point that out.  But if it was something
to which I'd normally reply, I would add a friendly request to not top
post.  Folks that I see ignore that advice (or argue strongly about
their "right" to post as they wish), simply don't get many replies
from me.  I know there are plenty of smarter and more helpful folks on
this list that do the same.
