Not that it always helps.  Some people insist on conflating poor
behavior with individual liberty or just plain ignorance.  Honestly,
the best policy IMO is to gently remind folks not to top post (nor to
neglect to trim what they quote once or trice.  After that, not
responding is what I try to do.
