  Hi,

For some days I have a problem with accessing my iPod through through
gpodder or gtkpod. Rhythmbox is able to access the iPod and is able to
transfer and delete songs to it. After investigating the output of dmesg
I found some error messages:

After that I reset my iPod to factory defaults through iTunes with hope
that this will solve my problem. But the same error occurs every time I
plug in the device. After some google searches I found some entries in
the Ubuntu forums where users complain about the same problem. They say
that this could be related to udev or devkit.

Has anybody the same problem or a solution. Or is it a bug so I can file
it at bugzilla.

thanks

Philipp
