what I SHOULD have said is " what I 'THINK' you mean", and obviously I was 
wrong:)
so, is it better to ftp over SSL or sftp using ssh?

I am not sure about  SSH encryption algos (3DES and Blowfish)  but SSL has been cracked already.. Using  a cluster of 200 PS3.
