The correct answer is that Fedora is _never_ stable. If you want 
stability, you need to go with Red Hat Enterprise Linux. It has been 
said often that using Fedora where stability is required is a mistake. 
You need only to track updates for a while to be convinced of that.

Now, I have been using Fedora for ever. I've had few problems, and 
none that have not been fined in due corse. YMMV,
